Contact and Corrections

Use this form for a factual correction or a question about a source. Include the page title or path and the exact printer or part code. Do not send passwords, payment details or private customer files.

Help us find the issue

• Page: The page title or path and the sentence, table field or calculator result you want checked.
• Model: The exact printer or part code, rather than only a family name.
• Evidence: The title and section of a manufacturer's manual or official part record. Leave out web links; the form filters them as spam.

For a calculator issue, include the units and inputs that produced the result. We can revisit a cited specification, a broken link or our arithmetic.

Help with your printer

We publish buying and printing information. We do not sell printers, provide repair services or handle warranty claims. For an order, fault or safety notice, contact the seller or maker through their official service route.
